Happiness

4 Steps- How to be Happy in LIFE

Did you know that getting older actually makes people happier?

Older individuals have been shown to have much higher levels of happiness. Why? Because happy thoughts stay in our minds better than sad thoughts.  With so many happy moments to look back on, older individuals tend to have a more positive, happy outlook on all that life holds.

The good news is that you don’t have to wait to get older in order to be happy or happier. You can start today with just 4 easy steps!

BE THANKFUL

According to researchers from the University of California,
when you’re thankful, you’re more likely to be a more joyful person.

Showing gratitude has many benefits, mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. Being thankful makes you more optimistic and can also help you lower stress.

Being thankful makes you focus on the good things and not on everything that is going wrong around you.

Even when you are going through some hardships in life, there is always something to be thankful for.

Sometimes being grateful to God is really a sacrifice of praise. When we find ourselves completely overwhelmed by the trials of life and we don’t feel Him near. It is hard to be thankful.

But even when we feel abandoned by God, when we think life is unfair and we are broken-hearted, choose to be faithful by being thankful. God loves a grateful heart.

Choose to see yourself as blessed besides your circumstances, and count your blessings. We have so much to be grateful for to God in this life.

CHOOSE TO BE POSITIVE AND HAPPY

We are more likely to think and speak negative than we are to dwell on good things. But we need to make the choice to think and speak positive.

Positive thinking will bring you up and negative thinking will bring you down. That is the reason why God tells us to think only good things.

KNOW WHO YOUR FATHER GOD IS

When we have a close relationship with God, we get to know Him better. The more time we spend with Him and in His word the more we get to know Him.

God is our loving Dad and He promised in His word that He will take care of our every need. He is our helper, our comfort, our provider, our healer, our savior, our peace, our joy and much more.

Jesus told us that God takes care of the lillies of the field and the birds that fly on the sky. How can we doubt that He will take care of us in all areas of our life?

This doesn’t mean that we are not going to have any problems or trials. It means that even in the trials He will be there with us, guiding us, strengthening us and seeing us through.

So there is no need to be worried, because our Daddy got us. There stronger our relationship with The Lord is, the happier we will be, because we can fully trust that He is taking care of us.

WALK IN LOVE

Trust me, you will save yourself a lot of headaches and heartaches by choosing to walk in love.

The Bible tells us that THE LOVE OF GOD was shed abroad in our hearts by The Holy Spirit, so as children of God we are all capable of walking in love.

What does walking in love mean? Walking in love means loving the way God loves, everybody, all the time, no matter what.

God’s kind of love is patient and kind, is not jealous or proud. It is not rude or self seeking and doesn’t keep record of wrong doings.
It does not rejoice in injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.

God’s kind of love never gives up or looses faith, it’s always hopeful and endures all things. His love never fails.

When we learn to walk in this kind of love our lives change. You will be a happier person loving this way. You will learn to see people and circumstances the way that God sees them.

Government policy

How Will New Education Policy Affect The Future Of India?

After a long time period of 34 years, the New Education Policy 2020 has replaced the old Education system in our country. This new education system would bring change in the overall education framework of India. With the help of this new education system in the coming time, we may also hope to see bright young adults with an innovative approach towards life and work, rather than pawns obsessing over marks and mugging-up bookish knowledge. If you are wondering how will new education policy affect the future of India, then here we mention some of the key highlights.

The New Education Policy (NEP) spells a long-term concept with far-reaching influence and will change future challenges into chances by improving a quality education system. This new education system will strengthen the culture of innovation, institution, and inclusion. The adoption of the New Education Policy is based on the motive at paving the way for transformational reforms in school and higher education systems to make India a global knowledge superpower. These new education norms have several upsides, which would prove to be efficient over the old ongoing education policy.

Here Are Some Of The Highlights That How Will The New Education System Affect The Future Of India

1. Important Incorporation In The Policy

In the new education policy of 2020, some of the important and long due features have been added. In our education system, the Indian Sign Language is to be regulated. It is one of the remarkable movers that teaches students in the formative years of their life to embrace fellow classmates who are visually and auditory impaired and that they are not estranged or left out in any circumstance. Along with this, the vocational activities comprise coding, poetry, and other extra-curricular courses.

2. Provide Versatility

As compared to the traditional education policy, the New Education Policy 2020 will make the education system more versatile right from the kindergarten level. This new education system is breaking up the traditional 10 +2 system and adapting to 5+3+3+4. Now this will assist in classifying the years of study at schools so that the concentration does not always go on the grades of 10th and 12th, which leads to sudden pressure on students. At each level of education, this education system provides the balanced distribution.

Along with schools, this new education policy provides a UG program that can be completed in 3 or 4 years, and PG programs can be completed in 1 or 2 years with subjects of students’ interest. There is also a most important feature that has been added is that each and every student will be eligible for a diploma or certificate for the period they have studied.

3. Assessment And Evaluation

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has always been known for its rote learning and memory-based assessments of students. Those who have understood the developing significance of a progressive and global approach to evaluation; this was the main setback for them. It was one of the reasons why most parents shifted their wards to an international curriculum. This new education policy has changed the way we used to see report cards and judge students on the basis of their results.

4. Technology-Based Education

In this new education system, technology-based education will offer to the students. We live in a tech-driven society. Most of the decision we make is influenced by technology. With the New Education Policy 2020’s motive to enlarge tech-based education, the national curriculum can offer topnotch learning to its students.

Gong global signifies that the Indian students can get their education in their own country itself by enrolling in the best universities. Apart from this, the digital locker facility will also be offered for each and every student to sustain an academic bank of credit and will make the transfer of credits smoothly.
